What is the construction of April Skateboard decks?
Our decks are crafted from 100% premium North American Maple, utilizing a 7-ply construction process to ensure maximum pop, durability, and a consistent feel for all types of skating.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary by country, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unbuilt products in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Currently, we ship decks and hardware as separate components. This allows our customers to customize their setup exactly to their personal preference.
