At April Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't right, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring decks are protected and all apparel tags remain attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
